
Office of the Treasurer
The Township Treasurer is responsible for all Township investments, and collections of all payments to the Township, such as property tax payments, building permits, delinquent tax payments etc. and disbursements of funds such as payroll and accounts payable.
In August of 2005 the Township was awarded a Certification of Excellence by the Association of Public Treasurers of the United States and Canada for its first Investment Policy . This award is an honor and it recognizes the treasurer for investing Township money in accordance with the objectives set forth in the following order of importance:
- Safety of Capital
- Liquidity
- Return on Investment
The Treasurer also serves on the Township Board and various other boards to represent the Township. If you need information on taxes, water/sewer, assessments, or if you have any other questions, our office hours are 8am – 5pm Monday – Thursday and 8am – 1 pm on Friday.

In addition to regular office hours as posted by the Township, the Treasurer is available from 8 am-5 pm the Friday before taxes are due, and 8 am-5 pm on tax day.
